Annex 21 – As a trainee your pay is determined as a percentage of pay for qualified staff, in accordance with Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change terms and conditions so you will be paid 60% of the salary in year 1. Your salary will be reviewed annually in accordance with the Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, ensuring fair and structured progression throughout your apprenticeship.
