Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administrative Department of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES Italy. Responsibilities You will establish, track, and manage tasking for the command triad. You will document results of analytical studies for manager review. You will use the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) and initiate, coordinate, and/or review personnel actions. You will plan, organize, lead, and conduct programs to develop recommendations for improvement. You will maintain metric reports to ensure data reflects current information.
