Job Duties and Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers and subject matter experts from initial concept creation through proof of concept (PoC) testing to implementation of technology on Dana’s next e-Propulsion platforms

Interface with product planning, sales, purchasing and engineering organizations to align on technology roadmap

Provide final engineering approval amongst competing technology needs to concept down selection towards PoC development

Deep understanding of virtual and physical load cases required to support all attribute targets of technologies explored

Manage virtual engineering needs and software in CAE and CFD supporting technology development

Manage smaller test bench assets and test articles to achieve key data validation on technologies

Plan and manage staff resources, capital and operational budgets needed to deliver technologies on-time
