Job Description

What you will do


As a Manager of Automation and Electrical Engineering you will: 

  • Lead and develop the Automation Engineering team in Mexico, setting clear priorities, expectations, and ways of working aligned with Automation & Digital Americas strategy.

  • Drive safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of automation engineering solutions that support business goals and customer value 

  • Oversee automation engineering activities across project execution, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement 

  • Build team capability through coaching, development, and performance management 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including project, service, sales, and customer-facing teams 

  • Translate business and customer needs into clear engineering actions and priorities 

  • Ensure alignment with Tetra Pak standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence
