Job Description Summary
: This position is responsible for leading the continuous improvement strategies and activities of the site.
The focus will be to lead, roll‐out, and implement business-wide programs to drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Deliver, and Cost.
This includes facilitating projects and blitzes as well as assisting with activities associated to the CI strategy and goals.
He or she should promote a continuous learning environment to ensure proper training, development, and the use of the methodologies.
Execute responsibilities with a large degree of autonomy requiring minimal oversight by immediate supervisor.
Must engage and gain the support of associates in various positions of responsibility and in various functions within BD worldwide, including those in positions of authority equal to, greater than, or less than the incumbent.
