Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Business Planning & Performance, this important role will be a key member of a high‑performing team accountable for Business Planning & Performance across the NRG Consumer business in Canada. This high‑impact role will focus on driving business performance improvement through enhanced analytics, actionable insights, decision support, and rigorous accountability. The role supports both Regulated and Competitive customer portfolios across all Canadian brands, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance monitoring.

The Manager will work cross‑functionally across the NRG enterprise to support scenario modelling, planning cycles, and performance reporting while helping shape the organization’s strategic direction. This role will support financial and operational planning for Canada and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing improving cash flow and driving growth opportunities.
