CID&A is at the forefront of leveraging AI, data, and analytics to drive informed decisionβmaking and innovation across the Bank. The Manager, Change Management plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of strategic initiatives and transformative programs across CID&A by ensuring effective change enablement, adoption, and sustained outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change Management, this role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver integrated change management strategies that support new ways of working and deliver measurable business impact.
