The salary range for this position is CAD $60.78/Hr. - CAD $87.37/Hr.

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to join the Care Management Lead Therapy team. The Manager, Clinical Operations oversees the Care Management Leadership (CML) portfolio and serves as a core operational leadership role that enables safe, timely, and coordinated patient flow across Vancouver Acute (VGH, UBCH, GFS). The CML team and the manager provide central operational support within acute care, facilitating real-time patient flow, discharge and transition planning, and resolution of system-level barriers. Clinical Management Leaders (CMLs) work at the intersection of bedside teams, physicians, allied health, patient flow services, and community partners to ensure patients move safely and efficiently through the system.
