You are responsible for taking full ownership of community management deliverables, transforming raw social listening data into actionable creative insights. You will develop and implement strategies to foster positive engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote goodwill towards the company. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, relationship builder, and possess a passion for community involvement.
