Description

The Manager, Development supports the SVP/VP Development by participating in and managing key aspects of the development process with various disciplines, from initial concept through to the completion of construction and start up of property management on time and within budget. This role understands and may anticipate long‑term, more strategic needs by continually reviewing project and assigned properties for opportunities to enhance company value.

What you will deliver

• Support the advancement of project objectives, milestones, and delivery requirements of selected multi‑family rental, condominium, and commercial developments from early stages of pre‑development through to implementation.
