to lead performance management across our engineering programs. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to Delivery and Design Directors, ensuring cost, schedule, and scope alignment while driving excellence in project execution. You will oversee Engineering Performance processes, support Earned Value Management (EVM), and lead a team responsible for integrating work planning across multiple sub‑teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
