Sr Manager, Finance

Location: On Site – Juarez, Reciente Leon, Mexico

This role serves as the principal financial advisor to the Director of Operations – Sanimex and all key members of Plant and Operations leadership. As an overarching goal, this position ensures the delivery of meaningful, timely, and decision-ready financial information that is used not only to run the business, but to continuously improve operational and financial performance across the Vitreous business segment.

This role is responsible for building and leading a high‑performing finance team that supports Sanimex's three‑plant operating structure and enable effective planning and decision‑making across manufacturing operations.
