About the Opportunity

External Financial Reporting

Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and notes in accordance with IFRS. Own the preparation and accuracy of disclosures related to leases, share-based compensation, business combinations, PPE, and consolidation matters. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate reporting data and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements. Support management discussion & analysis (MD&A) and other regulatory filings. Technical Accounting

Serve as the subject-matter expert on: IFRS 16 Leases – lease portfolio analysis, ROU assets and lease liability measurement, discount rate application, modification assessments, required disclosures.
