Position Overview

Support the franchisee lifecycle including franchisee recruitment, recognizing franchisee milestones, awarding franchisee extensions and supporting franchise sale transactions. The Manager will help grow the franchisee base nationwide and work directly with franchisee candidates, external vendors, Field Operations, Operations Training, Communications Team, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national recruiting strategy to attract high‑quality franchisee candidates, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to support national growth
• Implement and execute strategic initiatives to increase the quantity of highly‑qualified applicants
• Assess strategic needs and priorities across the nation in liaison with the Field Operations team
