We are seeking a data-driven, guest-obsessed Global Paid Media Manager to lead Pursuit’s demand generation with a key focus on digital and traditional advertising. This role will manage external paid media and creative agencies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable ROI. 

This pivotal role is responsible for connecting our local teams and plans to global strategies and agencies. While external agencies will handle media strategy, tactical execution and optimization, you’ll be the internal owner of paid media— responsible for evaluating recommendations, aligning efforts with business goals, and ensuring paid media and performance marketing initiatives are directly contributing to revenue growth.
