The Manager, Business Analysis is a senior player-manager role within Keolis Canada’s IT team. The incumbent leads the national IT Business Analysis function, directly managing team members while personally owning a Senior IT Business Analyst mandate.

Operating in a bilingual environment that includes B2G (business-to-government) relationships, this role sits at the intersection of IT strategy and operational delivery, translating business requirements from a complex East/West operating environment into technology solutions that advance Keolis Canada’s 5-year IT roadmap.
