Job Description

Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:
  • Provide functional support for the Loan IQ system, including issue triage, escalation, and resolution in partnership with internal technology teams and external vendors

  • Support daily operational activities and strategic change initiatives within GWO Lending Services in alignment with regulatory requirements and global operating standards

  • Maintain deep functional knowledge of Loan IQ and corporate lending operations, including industry conventions and workflows

  • Coordinate with vendor support teams and internal technology partners for system changes, enhancements, and defect management

  • Lead and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and change deployments

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on system usability, efficiency, and user experience
