Job Title Maintenance Manager

Overview The Maintenance Manager will develop and implement technical and preventative maintenance plans for buildings by leading the efficiency of all operational activities within the maintenance department.

Responsibilities

Perform site inspections, develop reports and improvement plans for managed properties.

Resolve all outstanding open work orders that exceed 30 days.

Recommend solutions to move work orders towards resolution with Managers, Residential Operations, and Regional Directors.

Supervise department team members to perform accurate general, routine maintenance, minor repairs, fire safety, and scheduled servicing operations in accordance with health & safety.

Provide new team members with training including but not limited to fire, life & health & safety.

Provide annually updated training as needed to all site staff as the need arises.
