As Manager of Capacity Development, you will help First Nations clients navigate the path to FMS certification. Your focus will be on developing effective resources, delivering impactful workshops, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance their financial governance. This role is pivotal in promoting self-determination for Indigenous communities across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate change management for FMS certification
• Develop capacity-building resources such as tutorials and workshops
• Cultivate relationships with contractors and academic institutions
• Provide ongoing support post-certification
• Coordinate FMB’s presence at key conferences
