Position Summary

The Manager of Facilities provides leadership and vision at a system level for facilities staff. This position will assume and ensure the overall success of Asante facilities with a focus on, but not limited to, grounds, plant operations, preventive maintenance, energy management, environmental safety, and service contracts management. Responsibilities include oversight of facilities staff, including recruiting, retaining, orienting, training, retraining, and evaluating department personnel. The nature of this position requires observation of possible safety hazards and maintenance of a safe working environment.
