Job Description
The Operations Manager at Hillcrest Mall will oversee ongoing maintenance of the electrical and mechanical components as well as all physical aspects of the two retail facilities.
The Operations Manager will provide direction to direct and indirect staff, including supervisors, maintenance staff, and contracted housekeeping, food court, and interior and exterior maintenance.
The role will support real estate management, tenant and capital construction buildβouts, and various Oxford national initiatives. The Operations Manager will also be involved with development activities, as required.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

- Managing operating costs by developing the annual operating budget, as well as monthly accruals, and quarterly forecasts
