Job Description

Is this role right for you?

In this role you will:
  • Execute and enhance the payments operational resiliency framework, ensuring resiliency principles are consistently embedded across end-to-end payment processes.

  • Assess operational processes and capabilities to identify resiliency gaps and drive improvements in prevention, readiness, and recovery.

  • Support the identification and execution of operational change initiatives that strengthen resiliency and reduce customer, operational, and financial impact during disruptions.

  • Maintain and enhance operational resiliency documentation and artifacts (e.g., process documentation, playbooks, procedures) in alignment with enterprise and regulatory standards.

  • Partner with business, operations, risk, compliance, AML, and incident response teams to integrate resiliency considerations into day-to-day operations and transformation initiatives.
