WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Manager, Personal Banking & Commercial Banking Performance Management, is the Finance Lead responsible for the analysis and reporting of FTE for RBC’s Personal Banking and Commercial Banking segments. The Manager is also responsible for enhancing cost transparency and developing modelling that provides insight and actionable information to senior management for effectively controlling cost growth. Furthermore, the role is a lead in Platform Performance Management on matters relating to investment spend in Personal Banking and validation of associated benefits, while also assuming ownership and stewardship of critical Platform Governance responsibilities.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Oversee the Personal Banking and Commercial Banking segments’ FTE reporting, completing analysis and written commentary explaining variances for reporting periods, driving deeper insights and oversight.
