Our office is looking for a Centre of Excellence Supervisor to join our Personal Debt Solutions team anywhere in Canada. This key role is responsible for overseeing the Tax team and performing tax work alongside leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload among teams and monitor for completion as assigned.
• Co‑ordinate with Team leaders to ensure compliance with BIA and BDO standards and best practices.
• Provide support and resolve client and creditor issues.
• Communicate expectations to team members.
• Monitor the teams’ productivity, ensuring that individual performance metrics are met.
• Identify performance issues and liaise with Team Leaders on a resolution plan.
• Monitor and ensure that accurate and high‑quality work is being performed.
• Coach team members to ensure their growth and develop their expertise.
