Manager, Product Definition – ECN

Location: Mississauga, Canada. Position type: Onsite. Full‑time, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned program tasks within budget and schedule; track progress to milestones.
• Prioritize, plan, and distribute work to team members.
• Coordinate workload with other product definition groups in Canada and Poland as needed.
• Review and approve engineering change documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance as needed and ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is consulted to solve design or quality problems.
• Evaluate team and individual performance.
• Support recruiting, hiring activities and development of team members.
• Participate in or lead improvement initiatives within the product definition organization.
