What is the opportunity?As a key member of the RBC Capital Markets Productivity & Efficiency (P&E) Advisory in CFO Group, you will support our strategic efficiency efforts across businesses and functions. Our mandate is to be a strategic finance partner for Capital Markets COO group to enhance cost transparency and introduce new ways of identifying efficiencies to enable continuous investment in future growth.This role will serve as the central owner of the P&E benefits framework, responsible for establishing governance, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of benefits tracking, and acting as the source of truth for all P&E initiative benefits.The successful candidate will combine financial rigor, structured thinking and strong project management to ensure benefits integrity throughout the initiative lifecycle.
