About the role

The Creative Operations Producer plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of creative production for Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP) advertising campaigns. This role bridges the gap between internal stakeholders and our agency of record to drive high-quality, on-time creative deliverables that align with business objectives and brand standards.

You’ll manage timelines, coordinate approvals, and maintain oversight of campaign assets from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a strong grasp of project management fundamentals within a marketing or agency context.
