Job Description

In this role, you will:
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for business information and project reporting for all business lines within the department.

  • Prepare all monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Analyze and produce ad hoc reports, providing actionable insights to project team heads.

  • Deliver analytical insights to the leadership, integrating information from multiple systems such as People Soft, BuilD.

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PRS (In-House Project Reporting System), serving as the first point of contact for PRS-related inquiries and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
