This is an opportunity for a hands‑on R&D leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to lead projects, influence cross‑functional teams, and drive new product development from concept through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of new product innovation, formulation optimization, and process improvement initiatives within the hard cheese category.
• Manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, objectives, and business priorities are achieved.
• Design, oversee, and interpret research activities, plant trials, and product validation programs.
