Role Summary: Manager, Resource Planning
Leads the resource planning function across the firm, ensuring high-quality, forward-looking plans and strong team performance. A people leader responsible for guiding Coordinators and Senior Coordinators, overseeing planning execution, and ensuring alignment with business needs. Provides direction on complex planning decisions, manages escalations, and partners with stakeholders to support effective workforce planning and delivery outcomes.
