Responsibilities

Service Delivery:

• Managing a complex corporate restructuring portfolio, including overseeing a professional, technical, and administrative team
• Evaluating complex business issues and formulating recommendations for the Court and stakeholders to maximize creditor recoveries while maintaining business viability where possible
• Stakeholder communication and negotiation with diverse interests on file engagements (creditors, debtors, lawyers, lenders, etc.)
• Financial oversight: tracking project progress, milestones, deadlines, reviewing invoices, preparing payments, and handling trust account duties; preparing summaries of receipts and disbursements for trust accounts
