**The Role:**

Contributes to the overall success of the Canadian Banking Business Risk Management (CB BRM) unit through the development, implementation and sustainment of risk and compliance initiatives in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

The Manager, Risk Operations will ensure integrated and comprehensive business controls are in place to reinforce a strong risk and control culture in Canadian Banking.
