Manager, Shared Services Payroll

Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Payroll Services, the Manager, Shared Services Payroll acts as the primary lead for the day-to-day delivery of front-line payroll and benefit services across multiple University portfolios, including the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM). Operating within a shared services model, the incumbent oversees the front-line client relationship, ensuring that payroll delivery is proactive, collaborative, and seamlessly integrated with divisional HR needs.

The incumbent audits, investigates, addresses and resolves complex escalated issues related to payroll and benefits across multiple University portfolios, acting as the primary service delivery lead for a diverse client base.
