Overview

We are looking for a senior technology leader to head a team across multiple delivery domains and manage complex systems development activities supporting SGI and SGI CANADA. The role is permanent, full‑time, based in Regina with a hybrid working model.

Key Accountabilities

• Solutions Development Delivery : Manage the development, delivery, support, and maintenance of an ecosystem of loosely coupled microservices, enterprise SaaS applications, and integrations. Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve corporate objectives and align with other systems practice areas. Champion change‑management activities and integrate long‑term plans with architecture roadmaps, ensuring SGI’s development and architecture standards are met. Contribute to processes, methodologies, and measurements that enable modern software‑development practices.
