We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Manager, Solution and Campaign Marketing to join our Brand & Industries Marketing Squad. In this role, you will own marketing for a defined set of industry verticals, leading the end‑to‑end development of how we position and bring Johnson Controls to market in a specific industries. You will develop customer value propositions and activate them through integrated global campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand across targeted industries.

This role requires a seasoned marketer with a strong grasp of customer value propositions, audience strategy, campaign development, positioning, and cross‑functional collaboration. You are a strong communicator and influencer, able to drive projects forward with clear direction and align stakeholders.
