The Manager, Business Transformation is responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager, Business Transformation with the development and execution of strategic and key change management initiatives for Small Business Banking and the Mid-Market segment. The incumbent will work on various cross-functional initiatives that will enable profitable growth of our customer base, net income and volume growth targets. The incumbent works closely with the Sr. Manager, Business Transformation, in addition to other stakeholders, to deliver on the short-term and long-term business objectives.
