In this role:
  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Develop, research, and prepare content for internal audiences on workforce trends, future skills, and talent practices; synthesize insights into clear recommendations.

  • Design and implement change management strategies that support large, complex initiatives under the guidance of the Senior Manager

  • Partners closely with key stakeholders to translate strategy into action across leadership enablement, performance, inclusion, culture, learning, and future skills.

  • Lead end-to-end change management activities and processes for small to medium scale initiatives or for specific change management workstreams within a large project
