Job Purpose:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition provides leadership and direction to Talent Acquisition team. Leads the regional recruitment team and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Talent Acquisition by planning, implementing, and evaluating employment operations processes. The Manager, Talent Acquisition provides strong functional consultation and creates line of sight linkage to company/business unit strategic goals. Manages the recruitment function to deliver a professional, efficient and proactive recruitment service in order to fulfill Tech Dataβs people resourcing demands. Ownership of employment process regulatory compliance. English Fluency Required, Multilingual is a plus!
