We are looking for a hands‑on Talent Development professional to build and drive foundational development capabilities in a growing and evolving organisation.
This is a standalone individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable building from a relatively greenfield starting point. The role focuses on development strategy, framework‑building, and capability development across different staff groups, rather than training administration, course coordination, or routine learning operations.
You will work closely with HR leadership to shape practical talent development structures that support organisational growth, capability‑building, and future talent pipeline needs. This includes building career roadmaps, development pathways, manager‑readiness support, and selected internship, scholarship, and traineeship frameworks, while also contributing to development‑related process and systems design.
