In this position

The successful candidate will lead a team of embedded developers and drive overall Telematics Control Unit (TCU) organizational engineering excellence, enabling the delivery of high‑quality TCU software releases as part of the Connectivity Platform organization. This role combines technical leadership, strategic direction, and people development to ensure scalable, reliable, and customer‑focused solutions.

You’ll have

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.

Experience

• 10+ years’ hands‑on embedded software development experience in C/C++ and object‑oriented design.
• 7+ years’ experience leading embedded software development teams.
• Proven track record of designing software architecture, managing system integration, and debugging complex distributed systems through at least two complete product lifecycles.
