Trade Finance Manager, Customer Operations

What you will do

• Provide trade finance guidance and hands‑on support across businesses and functions, including senior management decision support.
• Develop trade finance capabilities, processes, and ways of working in collaboration with businesses, Treasury, and external partners.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational guidelines across trade finance.
• Ensure commercial terms align with risk, country exposure, and trade credit insurance structures.
• Manage trade credit insurance administration and broker coordination.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end process development and working capital improvement initiatives.
