Manager, Valuations

The Manager, Valuations is accountable to the Director, Valuations for regularly assessing the value of properties within a defined, regionally based portfolio of assets (all asset classes) in order to accurately assess the current and potential value for financial reporting and decision making purposes.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Valuations and Reporting – Researches and prepares quarterly valuation analysis for a defined, regionally based portfolio of assets (all asset classes) in order to provide investors and asset managers with a property’s current market value to measure returns, capital appreciation and decision making.

• Ongoing Valuations Reviews – Reviews and approves the valuation analysis of current assets submitted by external valuations professionals in order to ensure the quality and consistency of the valuations of the assets for audit purposes.
