• Lead the Radical Simplification program for our Wireless portfolio, reimagining the end-to-end customer journey.
• Develop and present data-driven strategies to senior leadership to secure investment and drive initiatives from concept to reality.
• Manage projects through their full lifecycle, from initial concept and approval to technical launch and post-mortem analysis.
