ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Environmental Assessment Coordinator and Provincial Permitting Specialist to play a pivotal role in advancing complex infrastructure and natural resource projects across Canada. Ideally based in one of our Canadian offices (Vancouver, Smithers, Whitehorse, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, or Sudbury ).

In this leadership‑oriented position, you’ll sit at the intersection of regulation, strategy, and impact—guiding clients through some of Canada’s most critical environmental assessment and permitting processes. You’ll collaborate closely with ERM’s Canadian and global experts, influence regulatory outcomes, support Indigenous and stakeholder engagement, and help deliver projects that balance development with environmental and social responsibility.
