About the Role

As Managing Partner, you will be the strategic lead for some of Norway’s most influential organisations across Energy & Utilities, Industrial Products, Transport & Logistics, and Financial Services, advising on mission‑critical transformation and technology priorities.

You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, shaping their technology and digital agendas and guiding them across IT Strategy, digital transformation, applications modernisation, cloud strategy, and value realisation.

You will bring the commercial acumen to grow a substantial client portfolio, the capability to engage credibly at C‑suite level, and the consulting pedigree to oversee delivery of complex transformation programmes. This is a high‑impact role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor, combining strategic insight with actionable execution leadership.
