Job Description

Position: Manufacturing Digitalization Manager

Location: Galway (Hybrid)

Type: Permanent

Important: This role is only open to Stamp 4, EU or Irish citizens

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and promote the adoption of a structured Lean framework across all manufacturing areas, incorporating methodologies such as 5S, TPM, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Industrial Engineering, Kanban, and Standard Work.
  • Perform on-site observations (Gemba walks) and detailed process reviews to uncover inefficiencies, waste, and production bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate Kaizen initiatives and improvement workshops while mentoring teams to embed a long-term culture of continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities to incorporate digital technologies such as IoT devices, advanced analytics, MES/MOM platforms, and machine learning into manufacturing operations.
