Responsibilities Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities. Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes. Machine resolution (CNC). Adjusting parameters in CNC machines, machining strategies, and use of cutting tools. Modification, creation & adjustment of programs at the machine, preferably also at software level. Ability to prioritize tasks in attention/work under pressure. Machine-level programming/low-level programming/on-machine programming.
