Job Description
**Manufacturing Operations Supervisor | Core Diagnostics Division**
Location – Leça do Balio / Porto
Position – Full-time
**Primary Function**
Lead Assembly Operations at the Porto site, ensuring reliable execution of production, adherence to quality and compliance requirements, and achievement of output, service level, and inventory objectives.
Own daily shopfloor performance, lead and develop assembly operators, and drive operational stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead, and develop assembly operators (task allocation, performance management, training, discipline)
+ Own daily production execution and ensure adherence to production plans
