Job Description

The Role: Our Colorado Springs site is seeking a reliable and hands‑on Manufacturing Operator to support key production activities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform component inspection, basic assembly tasks, and packaging of finished products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities may include working with fixtures and hand tools, completing visual inspections, preparing materials for production, and documenting work accurately in manufacturing systems. Operators perform work in ISO Class 7 and 5 cleanroom environments and are expected to follow safety, cleanliness, and contamination‑control protocols while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). This role emphasizes consistency, safe work practices, and supporting smooth production flow across multiple process areas.
