JOB OVERVIEW:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee a team of lead technicians and operators at our propellant manufacturing plant. This role is essential in ensuring that safety, scheduling, planning, training, personnel management, and financial objectives are met. The Supervisor will work closely with various departments to maintain the highest operational efficiency and safety standards. This position reports to Plant Operations Manager.
